Export Distribution
Keencut has distributors in over fifty countries and the numbers in each one are limited in order to establish mutual loyalty and long term trading relationships. Such relationships are a very important factor in our success and new committed distribution partners are always welcome in countries or markets where we are not represented. We conduct our trade as a partnership which obliges us to act with the highest standards of integrity, fairness and earnest regard for our customers interests at all times.

Sales Literature for distributors
Sales literature is available in a number of different languages and is offered free of charge. It may also be downloaded from the internet at www.keencut.co.uk. When other languages are required we can supply inserts from your translations.

Company Staff
Our people are, without doubt, the major factor in our success and they give the company it's competitive advantage. Important members of our team have been with us since 1983 and many more joined during the early growth years of the late 80's. The reliability, accumulated knowledge and skills which our people contribute to product quality, customer satisfaction and the smooth efficient running of operations are invaluable.

Products
In common with the best international manufacturing practice it is Keencut policy to adjust and test all machines, ready for use, with minimum customer assembly. Unique special accessories are included as standard features when they are advantageous to the full utilisation of any machine, optional accessories are offered for exceptional applications only.

Technical Service
We manufacture machines for commercial use and our customers depend upon them for their own prosperity. Because our products are used Worldwide in some very remote locations it is necessary that we build them for total reliability and easy customer maintenance. If a replacement part is ever needed for any reason our overriding consideration is to help restore the machine to profitable working order and without delay. Our award winning service is popular with our customers and our colleagues who take pride in providing it. A free illustrated spare parts list for each product is available by mail, fax, or on-line. Direct assistance is also available from our technicians by telephone, fax or e-mail.

Guarantees
Most Keencut products carry a minimum 5 year comprehensive guarantee plus a minimum 20 year guarantee covering all bearings and slides.
